Short version. Eden Budget does not sell or share your data. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Angel runs on our own servers. There is nothing to opt out of for those activities; they are simply not in scope. The privacy controls you do have are real toggles in your account, not a form on this page.
Manage your privacy in Settings
Sign in and open Settings -> Privacy. You will find:
- Product update emails. A toggle. Off here means we stop sending non-transactional email immediately. Security alerts, password resets, billing receipts, and legal notices continue to send.
- Bank connections. One-click jump to Connections, where you can disconnect any SimpleFIN connection. Removing a connection deletes the encrypted access token immediately.
- Two-factor authentication. One-click jump to Account, where you can add or remove TOTP or WebAuthn passkeys.
- Export your data. One-click jump to Data, where you can download transactions, budgets, and category history.
- Delete your account. One-click jump to Account; a 14-day soft window lets you cancel before the data is removed.
What Eden Budget does not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not run third-party analytics, session replay, heatmaps, or advertising pixels.
- We do not profile you in a way that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
- We do not send your conversations with Angel to any third-party AI provider; Angel runs on Eden Living LLC's own infrastructure.
Global Privacy Control
Eden Budget recognizes the Global Privacy Control browser signal. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, the signal has no additional effect beyond confirming the default behavior. We treat the signal as a valid opt-out under applicable state law.
Cookies and local storage
Eden Budget uses a single first-party session cookie plus a small amount of browser local storage for UI preferences. Clearing your site data in your browser logs you out and resets preferences but does not delete your account or server-side data. We do not use third-party cookies.
Children
Eden Budget is not intended for users under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA or UK). If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service, email support@edenbudget.com and we will delete it promptly.
Submitting a privacy request
If the in-app controls above do not cover what you need, email support@edenbudget.com from the address on your account with the subject "Privacy Rights Request," or mail Eden Living LLC, 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave, Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. See Section 10 of the Privacy Policy for the verification process, response times, authorized-agent procedure, and appeal rights for residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws.
