Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Eden Living LLC for the use of Eden Budget.

Effective August 5, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Eden Living LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company with a mailing address of 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave, Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159 ("Eden Living," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of Eden Budget, the Eden Budget website, our mobile or desktop applications if and when we publish them, our APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Important. These Terms include a binding individual-arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver (Section 24). They affect how disputes between you and Eden Living are resolved. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by emailing support@edenbudget.com. Please read these Terms carefully before using Eden Budget.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, starting the free trial, paying for a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms (including the acceptable-use rules in Section 12) and the Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement. Each invited family-plan member is bound by these Terms only when they create their own account and accept them. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If the age of majority where you live is higher than 18, you must meet that higher age. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow children to create accounts. You must also be eligible to use the Service under the export-controls and sanctions provisions in Section 25.

3. What the Service is (and is not)

Eden Budget is a personal budgeting application. You can record transactions manually, optionally link financial accounts through the SimpleFIN open-bank standard, assign money to categories, schedule recurring transactions, attach receipts, define payee rules, save filters, share a household plan with invited members, and consult an in-product assistant called Angel that runs on infrastructure we control.

Eden Budget is a software tool. It is not a bank, credit union, registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, money transmitter, tax preparer, accountant, credit-counseling agency, credit bureau, credit-repair organization, or consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Nothing in the Service is financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice.

Bank and financial data may be inaccurate. Information imported from your bank or financial institution through SimpleFIN or any other data provider may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, out of order, or unavailable, sometimes for hours or days, and sometimes permanently. We do not control your bank's systems or the data provider's connections. You are solely responsible for verifying balances, transactions, and other financial information against the source institution before acting on them.

4. Account registration and account security

To use most features, you must register an account using a working email address and a password that meets the strength requirements shown at the time of registration. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

Keep your password, time-based one-time passcode (TOTP) seeds, WebAuthn passkeys, and session cookies confidential. Each account is for one individual person; do not share login credentials, and invite people to a family plan instead. We strongly recommend enabling at least one second factor. Notify us immediately at support@edenbudget.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to follow this section.

5. Free trial

Eden Budget offers a 3-day free trial. The trial does not require a credit card or any other payment method, and we will not charge you automatically when it ends. After 3 days the trial expires and the Service will invite you to subscribe to keep using paid features.

Each free trial is limited to one per email address. We may, in our reasonable judgment, decline to grant additional trials to users who appear to be circumventing this limit, and we may adjust the length of the trial in the future.

6. Subscriptions, pricing, and auto-renewal

Pricing. Eden Budget is offered at $1 per month or $10 per year, as shown on the pricing and checkout pages before you purchase. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, duties, and similar government assessments, which you are responsible for paying.

Plans that are not on sale. The pricing page may show a plan marked as a future upgrade. A plan marked that way cannot be purchased, is not being sold to you, and no price shown for it is an offer. If we put it on sale we will publish its price on the pricing and checkout pages first, and you will only ever be charged for a plan you actively chose to buy.

Auto-renewal. By purchasing a paid subscription you authorize Eden Living, or our payment processor on our behalf, to charge your payment method for the initial term and for each renewal term at the then-current price for that plan, automatically, until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings or by emailing support@edenbudget.com. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to paid features for the rest of the current paid term (the end of the current month for monthly subscribers, or the end of the current annual period for annual subscribers). We do not pro-rate or refund any portion of a paid term.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices going forward. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. The new price applies at your next renewal; if you do not agree, you may cancel before the renewal date.

Renewal receipts. After each successful charge we will email you a receipt to the address on file showing the amount, the plan, and the next renewal date.

Notice to subscribers in California and other states with auto-renewal laws. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing term at the then-current price for that plan, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from Settings or by emailing support@edenbudget.com. Cancellation stops future charges and is effective at the end of the current paid term. We will email you a renewal receipt as described above.

7. Payment processors, failed payments, chargebacks, and refunds

Processors. Payments are processed by third-party providers (currently PayPal Holdings, Inc. and Helcim, Inc.). Eden Budget never sees full card numbers, CVVs, or full PayPal credentials. We retain only the last four digits, the card brand, and a non-reversible processor token sufficient to manage your subscription.

Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it up to three times over seven days, downgrade your account, and ultimately terminate the subscription if the failure is not cured. You remain responsible for any amount actually owed.

No refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not refund the unused portion of a paid term when you cancel; you simply keep access until the end of the current month or annual period for which you have already paid. This Section does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Chargebacks. If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, or while a support request is pending, we may suspend or terminate your account and pass on any chargeback fee assessed by the processor.

8. Promotions, gift codes, and referral credits

We may from time to time offer promotional codes, gift codes, discounts, family-plan promotions, or referral credits. Unless we state otherwise, codes and credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, are limited to one per person or household, and expire on the date stated. Applicable taxes are calculated on the discounted price. We may modify or cancel a promotion at any time.

9. Family plans and shared access

If your subscription includes a family or household plan, you may invite other people to a shared plan you manage. By "household" we mean people who share a single primary residence and household finances. The plan owner is responsible for the conduct of each invited member with respect to the Service and for the accuracy of the email addresses to which invitations are sent.

Size, invitations, and cost. A family is capped at 5 people in total, counting the owner, so an owner can invite up to 4 others. An invitation expires 7 days after it is sent, and an expired invitation can simply be sent again. Invited members are not charged. Joining a family plan requires no payment method and creates no subscription for the member: the owner's subscription covers the whole family, and a member is never billed for their membership, at joining or at renewal. If a member later wants their own separate subscription they must buy one deliberately.

Invited members see the shared plan's transactions, categories, budgets, and other shared content. They do not see your password, two-factor secrets, billing information, or any private plan you maintain separately. Each member is independently bound by these Terms.

What the plan owner can see. Visibility is not symmetric. The plan owner can view, read-only, the private plans that members create inside the family plan; members cannot view each other's private plans and cannot view the owner's. If you join someone else's family plan, a plan you keep private is private from the other members, not from the plan owner. While you are in a family plan, every plan you create belongs to that family, so there is no way to keep one outside the owner's read access. Leave the family plan if you need that.

If the plan owner removes a member, that member has 30 days from the date of removal to subscribe to their own plan and keep their private data. After 30 days their access ends and their data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Your content

You retain ownership of every transaction, category, note, receipt image, payee rule, budget assignment, schedule, Angel prompt, and other content you create or upload to Eden Budget ("Your Content"). You grant Eden Living a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and process Your Content solely as necessary to operate the Service for you and the people you explicitly share with. This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except where we are legally required to keep a copy.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant the license above and that Your Content does not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

11. Data export and account deletion

You may export your Eden Budget data (transactions, budgets, category history) from Settings in a machine-readable format at any time. You may delete your account from Settings or by emailing support@edenbudget.com.

When you request deletion, we hold your data for 14 days, during which you may cancel the request from Settings. After 14 days, we remove Your Content in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Some anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you may be retained.

12. Acceptable use

Use Eden Budget for budgeting. Do not use it for anything illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful. Each account is for one person. Do not try to break our systems, scrape data, or hand your login to someone else. Report problems to support@edenbudget.com.

A material breach of this Section is a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination under Section 20.

12.1 Account integrity

  • One account per person. Each account is for one individual. Do not create accounts on behalf of others without their authorization, do not create accounts under false names, and do not maintain multiple accounts to extend free-trial access.
  • No credential sharing. Do not share your password, TOTP seed, WebAuthn passkey, or session cookie with anyone. Use a family plan if you want to share a budget.
  • Accurate information. Use a working email address you control. Keep account and billing information current.
  • No impersonation. Do not impersonate another person, business, or family-plan member. Do not use a name, logo, or likeness you do not have rights to use.

12.2 Prohibited content

You may not upload, store, attach (including as a receipt), submit to Angel, or transmit through Eden Budget any content that:

  • Is illegal under U.S. federal law, the law of the State of Oklahoma, or the law of any jurisdiction that applies to you.
  • Infringes the trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property or ownership right of any person.
  • Constitutes child sexual abuse material, content sexually exploiting minors, or any material that endangers a minor.
  • Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Depicts or promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or imminent physical harm to identifiable people.
  • Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable as that term is reasonably understood.
  • Contains the personal information of someone who is not an Eden Budget user, except where the information is incidentally captured by a normal receipt.
  • Contains the personal information of a child, including children for whom you have not obtained the legally required parental consent.
  • Contains malware, viruses, worms, ransomware, or any code designed to compromise the security, availability, or integrity of a computer system, including ours.
  • Is fabricated or synthetic financial data submitted in order to deceive another user or third party.

12.3 Prohibited activities

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of the Service, except where applicable law expressly permits.
  • Scraping, mass-downloading, web-crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Service by automated means, except through interfaces we publish for that purpose and within their documented rate limits.
  • Programmatic or scripted access that is not through a documented API.
  • Circumventing or attempting to circumvent authentication, rate limiting, billing, account-deletion holds, family-plan boundaries, or any other security control.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of Eden Budget systems except through the responsible-disclosure process described in the Security page.
  • Creating accounts at scale, with disposable email addresses, with stolen identities, or otherwise to evade enforcement.
  • Abusing free trials by creating multiple accounts under different email addresses to extend trial access.
  • Using Eden Budget to launder money, evade taxes, defraud another person, evade economic sanctions, or commit any other financial crime.
  • Using the Service in violation of U.S. export-controls or sanctions law (see Section 25).
  • Attempting to extract Angel's underlying model weights, system prompt, or training data.
  • Prompt-injecting Angel to override its system prompt, bypass safety behaviors, or generate content that violates this Section.
  • Using Angel to generate, plan, or facilitate harm to identifiable people, illegal activity, harassment, or other content prohibited above.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or chain communications through any Eden Budget communication channel, including support email.
  • Interfering with the use of the Service by other users.

12.4 Family-plan member responsibilities

If you join a family plan, you are bound by this Section just as the plan owner is. Do not add other family-plan members without the plan owner's permission. Treat shared content with the same respect you would apply to your own.

12.5 Enforcement

If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated this Section, we may, with or without prior notice, remove or disable access to the offending content, suspend or revoke specific features, suspend or terminate your account, withhold or refuse a discretionary credit, or refer the matter to law enforcement. Where the violation is curable and the risk to other users is low, we will normally contact you first and give a reasonable opportunity to cure.

12.6 Reporting abuse

To report a violation by another user, email support@edenbudget.com with as much detail as you can safely share. We aim to acknowledge abuse reports within five business days and resolve them within thirty days; complex cases take longer. To submit an intellectual-property infringement notice, see Section 29.

12.7 Researcher safe harbor

We will not pursue legal action against good-faith security or accessibility researchers who comply with the responsible-disclosure process in the Security page: avoid harming other users, do not access more data than necessary to demonstrate the issue, do not publicly disclose before we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue, and do not exploit the issue for any purpose other than the report itself.

13. Third-party services and integrations

The Service integrates with optional third-party services you choose to enable, including SimpleFIN for bank data aggregation and PayPal or Helcim for payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not a party to those agreements. Eden Living is not responsible for the acts, omissions, accuracy, availability, or content of any third-party service, and your dealings with them are at your own risk.

In particular, data fetched from your financial institution through SimpleFIN depends on the institution's systems and the data provider's connections. It may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or unavailable at any time and without notice. See also Section 3.

14. Beta features

Features that we identify as "beta," "preview," or "experimental" are provided for evaluation. They may change, break, lose data, or be withdrawn at any time without notice and are provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind. Do not rely on beta features for irreplaceable workflows.

15. Intellectual property

The Eden Budget name, logo, source code, designs, written copy, screen layouts, illustrations, and other materials we make available through the Service are owned by Eden Living or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal or household budgeting purposes, including budgeting for a sole proprietorship or freelance business you operate, subject to these Terms. No other rights are granted.

You may not (a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service except where applicable law expressly permits; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, except where applicable law expressly permits; or (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices.

16. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use that feedback for any purpose. We are not obligated to compensate you, credit you, or treat the feedback as confidential.

17. Disclaimers; no financial advice

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eden Living disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any data displayed will be complete or accurate.

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice. Confirm with a qualified professional and with the underlying source (your bank, your accountant, the IRS) before acting on what you see. Suggestions from Angel or the payee-rule engine are tools, not decisions made on your behalf. Imported bank and transaction data may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or wrong; verify against the source.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eden Living, its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eden Living, its members, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) Your Content, or (b) your violation of these Terms or of any rights of another person or entity. We may, at our option, assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate.

20. Suspension and termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings or by emailing support@edenbudget.com. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that (a) you have breached these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, (b) continued provision of the Service to you exposes us or another user to legal or security risk, (c) your account has been compromised, or (d) we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, you may request an export of Your Content for 30 days; after that we remove it per the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, and this Section 20.

21. Notices and electronic communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from us at the email address on file, including transactional emails (security alerts, password resets, receipts, billing notices), legal notices, and service announcements. You agree that these electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that the communication be in writing.

Legal notices to us must be sent to support@edenbudget.com with a copy mailed to 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave, Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. Notices we give you are effective when sent to the most recent email address on file or posted as an in-product notice.

22. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform an obligation under these Terms (other than payment obligations) where the failure is caused by an event beyond that party's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riot, civil unrest, government action, labor disturbance, internet or telecommunications failure, or interruption of essential utilities.

23. Governing law and venue

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to them, are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 24, the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and Eden Living consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

24. Binding arbitration; class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.

Informal resolution. Before filing any claim, contact us at support@edenbudget.com with a written description of the dispute. The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve it informally for at least sixty (60) days.

Binding arbitration. If informal resolution does not resolve the dispute, you and Eden Living agree to resolve it by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, applying Oklahoma law. The arbitrator (not a court) decides all issues of arbitrability. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Fees. Eden Living will pay all AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees for consumer arbitrations where the amount in controversy is less than USD 5,000, except where the arbitrator finds the claim was frivolous or filed in bad faith. For claims above that amount, the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules govern fee allocation by default; in practice this still requires Eden Living to pay most of the arbitrator's compensation while the consumer pays a capped filing fee.

Class-action waiver. Each party waives the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may award relief only on an individual basis. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the rest of this Section 24 is also unenforceable, and the claim will proceed in court under Section 23.

Mass arbitration. If 25 or more individual demands of a substantially similar nature are filed against Eden Living within a 60-day window, AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules will apply, and the parties will work with AAA to administer the claims in batches.

Carve-outs. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual-property rights without first proceeding to arbitration.

30-day opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of creating your account by emailing support@edenbudget.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and the email address on your account. If you opt out, Section 23 governs all disputes.

25. Export controls and sanctions

You represent that you are not located in, controlled by, or a national or resident of any country subject to U.S. comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of restricted or prohibited parties. You agree not to use or export the Service in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations.

26. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Section is void. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, or to an affiliate, without notice.

27. Entire agreement; severability; waiver; headings

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Eden Living regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. There are no third-party beneficiaries.

28. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you at least 14 days before they take effect by email or by in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date is acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the effective date; cancellation stops future charges as described in Section 6.

29. Intellectual-property infringement claims

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content in the Service infringes your intellectual-property rights (for example, a trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other ownership right), send us a written notice that includes (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the work or right claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it inside the Service; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Send notices to support@edenbudget.com with the subject line "Infringement Notice," or by mail to Eden Living LLC, 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave, Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. We will review valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

30. Notice to California users (Cal. Civ. Code § 1789.3)

Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer-rights notice: If you have a question or complaint about the Service, please contact us at support@edenbudget.com or at 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave, Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159. California residents may reach the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by mail at 1625 N. Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

31. U.S. Government end users

The Service is "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" under FAR 12.212 and DFARS 227.7202. Government use is subject to these Terms.

32. App-store supplemental terms

This Section applies when you obtain the Service through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or a similar platform (each, a "Distribution Platform"). The applicable Distribution Platform's terms apply in addition to these Terms, and where they conflict, the Distribution Platform's terms control to the extent of the conflict for that distribution channel.

Apple App Store

If you obtained the Service from the Apple App Store, the following apply:

  • These Terms are between you and Eden Living LLC only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Eden Living, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content.
  • Your license to use the Service is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
  • Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for the Service.
  • If the Service fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) you paid Apple for the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Service.
  • Eden Living, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service, including product-liability claims, claims that the Service fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
  • If a third party claims that the Service or your possession and use of the Service infringes that third party's intellectual-property rights, Eden Living, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim, to the extent required by these Terms.
  • You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Service (for example, your wireless data plan).
  • You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Google Play

If you obtained the Service from Google Play, you also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and Eden Living LLC only, not with Google LLC. Google is not responsible for the Service or for any claims relating to it. To the extent any term in these Terms conflicts with the Google Play Terms of Service for activity occurring through the Google Play distribution channel, the Google Play Terms of Service will control with respect to that conflict for that channel.

Other Distribution Platforms

If we make the Service available through other platforms (for example, the Microsoft Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, or a Linux package manager), the rules of that platform apply in addition to these Terms in the same manner described above.
